Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to hold a reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover. The deposit cannot be applied to multiple credit cards (for group reservations); however, we will be happy to separate the balance upon departure..
Cancellation/Refund
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved. All spa services must be cancelled within 48 hours of the treatment time.
Children
In order to retain a spa environment, we only allow children over 18 years old.
Quiet Time
For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a quiet time from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am.
Non-Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pet Friendly
We allow pets in designated units only, with prior approval. Pets must be crated while alone in cottages. Please call for more information regarding our pet policies. Fee: $10 per night, per pet.
