All classes are 50 minutes. $15 per person. One class daily, with a minimum of three participants. Times may vary.

Yoga
Although intentionally less structured and fitness oriented than most spas, daily yoga classes still offer the opportunity to unwind and explore an ancient relaxation practice in a beautiful, un-intimidating environment.  Various yoga styles are blended to create this gentle, calming session. Perfect for beginners.

Class sizes are limited; therefore, it is necessary to sign up for all classes upon arrival. 3 person minimum per class required.

Yoga Private Session
Choose a one-on-one private session with our lead instructor Cathy Woods. Expertly trained and educated, Cathy has taught yoga classes across the country, including the world-renowned Kripalu Center in Massachusetts. This private session is customized for your level of skill and experience.
